The XII «Bizon-Track-Show 2014» tractor races shall take place on June 14 in Rostov-on-Don. The representatives of the leading agricultural businesses shall meet in the unique sport competition of countryside tractor operators. For the first time ever the tractor operators from the Republic of Crimea shall compete under the Russian flag.

— We planned to organize the next tractor races in May, 2015, — said Sergey Sukhovenko, General Director, «Bizon» LLC. — Our plan was to give the competitors a better chance to prepare, and meanwhile resolve certain organizational points. And it was a complete surprise to us that it should draw such a response with spectators and competitors. By demand we decided to come back to the practice of annual pre-harvest tractor competitions. «Bizon Track-Show» shall start on June 14, 2014 at 10:00 a.m.

The Bizon Track-Show racing track will bring together about three dozens of gutsy tractor operators. The already Russian team from the Crimea is among them. The competition between the tractor pilots promises to be tough. The altogether distance of the race track is over 10,000 meters. There are bump ramps, slope declines and inclines, risky speed sections of race-track. All the races will be parallel — two participants.

The tractors with the engine cubic capacity up to 5 l shall be eligible for the race. As it is expected the majority of the racing tractors shall be based on a Belarus tractor, which gave good account during the previous races. The machines shall be equipped with anti-roll cages and safety harness. Russian State Technical Supervision Authority «Gostekhnadzor» will check the tractors for their suitability for heavy-duty operation.

The will-to-win and valor of the participants shall be paid for by special prizes — the top prizes shall be up-to-date farm tractors.

The tractor races are held in the Rostov region since 2002. The purpose of the completion is to promote the job of farm machinery operator, raise the status value of farming, and attract the young to agro industry of Russia. Throughout the elapsed time more than 200 tractor pilots took part in the races, the best were awarded with 21 prize tractors, dozens of farming tools, and hundreds of other prizes. Approximately 180,000 spectators watched the tractor competitions in reality, and dozens of millions — by TV.
