Online store: 10 months of work

While working the online store has supplied spare parts to more than 60 constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The Tyumen and Sakhalin regions became the most remote regions for sending spare parts. By the number of orders, the main granaries of the country are traditionally in the lead — the Rostov region, the Krasnodar and Stavropol regions as well.

Today, the online store has over 5000 registered users. Among them, a circle of regular customers has already formed, making purchases more than 10 times. Regarding to clients, the online trading platform has become a real working tool for them, which they turn to on a daily basis.

According to a survey of 1000 respondents, buyers attribute the strengths of the online store to a wide range of spare parts, an acceptable price, an understandable catalog with a search function by article and name, the ability to form orders around the clock, fast processing of applications, and convenient logistics.

The launch of the project in the field of e-commerce was the answer of the Bizon company to customer requests for automation of the application process and expansion of the geography of supplies of components. The first shipment of spare parts by the online store was carried out on March 24, 2021 to the Saratov region.

The catalog of the online store contains more than 50 000 items of domestic and imported spare parts. They have a separate pricing policy. Buying online is cheaper. Payment for goods is made by bank card or bank transfer on the account. The regional network of the company acts as the points of issue. The Delivery is also possible directly to the client’s company.
