The holding's components and assemblies repair shop will celebrate its fifth anniversary

In 2024 the repair shop for components and assemblies of the agrotechnological holding Bizon will celebrate its first anniversary. Over the course of five years, its specialists completed overhauls and restored the technical life of about 600 engines and gearboxes of tractors and heavy-duty vehicles.

The main volume of the workshop’s work is engine repair. They are the ones who most often suffer from harsh operating conditions. All motors entering the workshop undergo thorough diagnostics, replacement of worn parts and four-hour hot running. Depending on the complexity of the breakdown, it takes up to two weeks to repair one engine. Every month, 10–12 remanufactured power units are shipped to customers.

The approach and operating principles of the workshop were noted by the Tutaevskyi Motor Plant, which in 2021 opened a pilot regional center for the overhaul of TMZ engines on its basis. Our site became the first in the country to be granted the rights to carry out major repairs and use the manufacturer’s trademark.

Repair of gearboxes of Kirovets and T-150 tractors is in great demand. Diagnostics, parts replacement, assembly, painting. And a mandatory run-in for three hours in various modes. Customers are also offered to exchange a faulty gearbox for one that has already been repaired.

And even on the eve of harvesting, our craftsmen very so often receive chopping drums from almost all models of combine harvesters for repair. After replacing parts in the workshop, dynamic balancing is performed on an automated stand. Harvesting equipment receives protection from vibrations and beatings, and customers reduce their maintenance costs.

Since May 2019 the repair shop for components and assemblies has been operating at the agrotechnological holding Bizon. Today it employs 11 people who provide high-quality and affordable services. Refurbished components and assemblies are shipped to customers almost every day. They also use our delivery service. All work is guaranteed.
