The holding's unit and assembly repair shop celebrated its fifth anniversary

In 2024, the unit and assembly repair shop of the agrotechnological holding «Bizon» celebrated its first anniversary. Over five years, its specialists have completed major repairs and restored the technical resource of more than 600 engines and gearboxes of tractors and heavy-duty vehicles.

The workshop’s main workload is engine repair. They are the ones that most often suffer from severe operating conditions. All engines arriving at the workshop undergo thorough diagnostics, replacement of worn parts, and a four-hour hot run-in. Depending on the complexity of the breakdown, repairing one engine takes up to two weeks. Every month, 10–12 restored power units are sent to customers.

The workshop’s approach and operating principles were noted by the Tutaev motor plant, which opened a pilot regional center for major repairs of TMZ engines on its base in 2021. Our site became the first in the country to be granted the rights to carry out major repairs and use the manufacturer’s trademark.

Repair of gearboxes of Kirovets and T-150 tractors is in great demand. Diagnostics, replacement of parts, assembly, painting. And mandatory running-in for three hours in various modes. Customers are also offered to exchange a failed gearbox for an already repaired one.

On the eve of harvesting, our masters very so often bring in chopping drums of almost all models of combines for repair. After replacing parts in the workshop, dynamic balancing is performed on an automated stand. Harvesting equipment receives protection from vibrations and beatings, and customers reduce their maintenance costs.
