Since 1990, every second Thursday of November, Quality Day has been celebrated all over the world. The holiday was established by the European Organization for Quality together with the UN in order to draw attention to the problem of improving the quality of goods and services, their safety for people and the environment.
Today, the quality of goods and services, and in general the degree of satisfaction of consumer requests and expectations, is the key to the success of any enterprise. The company «Bizon», which supplies agricultural machinery, spare parts and provides service, pays great attention to quality. Thanks to its own technical control department and the development of a special quality control program, they have found an effective way to filter out defective products.
Each warehouse of company has instrumental control posts equipped with the necessary set of measuring devices. A special testing laboratory is involved. The information received is analyzed and sent to the factories along with the detected defects. The quality policy in the company is also implemented by related departments: the engineering and consulting service and the training center for agricultural specialists. After all, an important element of the efficient operation of agricultural machinery is also quality knowledge.
Bizon’s activities have been recognized with the RF Government Quality Award, the Rostov Region Government «Donskoye Kachestvo» award, the «Russian Quality» mark, and the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) certificate.
