Another career guidance lesson was held for students of educational institutions in the Rostov Region

For the third year, the «Bizon» company has been participating in the action of the Union of Mechanical Engineers of Russia «Week without Turnstiles», aimed at increasing the interest of young people in engineering and technical specialties, forming a system of early career guidance, and increasing the human resources potential of the mechanical engineering industry.

As part of the campaign, we introduce schoolchildren and students to the specifics of our work and the working conditions of employees, talk about the prospects for the development of the agro-industrial complex, modern technologies and equipment that some of them will have to work with.

On October 21, our company was visited by 3rd-year students of the Institute of Tourism, Service and Creative Industries of the Southern Federal University. During the tour, the guests had the opportunity to study the activities of the enterprise «from the inside», talk to leading specialists, and learn which professions are promising and most in demand today.

The students were introduced to the company’s approach to the material and technical support of agriculture, progressive machines, were oriented towards the priority knowledge that a farmer should have, and for contrast were shown exhibits of the agricultural machinery museum. In total, during the participation in the career guidance campaign, we conducted more than three dozen excursions.
