— Today, Zarya Dona and Krasnokutskoye are profitable, financially stable agricultural enterprises within our holding, — noted Viktor Chigvintsev, Deputy of General director of Bizon, head of the agricultural department. — They have united 88 professionals working for results. Thanks to their work, even in this difficult year for the Rostov region with drought and recurrent spring frosts, we have harvested a good crop of wheat (35.5 c/ha) and spring barley (29.5 c/ha). We have completed all autumn field work on time and in full, despite the lack of precipitation and dust storms. We have sown 6,000 hectares with winter wheat, and carried out the necessary preparatory work for spring sowing on an area of 5,000 hectares.
On December 19, at the final conference that brought together all the employees of agricultural enterprises, 17 people received diplomas, certificates and letters of thanks, who were recognized in the following nominations: «10 years of work in the farm», «Best employee of the farm», «Best in the profession», «Discovery of the year», «For careful attitude to equipment» and «For special contribution to the development of the farm». Three of them were awarded anniversary badges, portraits of eight employees of the enterprises will be placed on the honor board, two employees will go on vacation to a sanatorium.
