Preparing equipment for the season: pre-sale preparation of tractors for spring field work

Spring promises to be early this year. Therefore, the company’s assembly shop is 100% operational. Eleven Lovol tractors are currently undergoing pre-sale preparation here, which will be delivery to one of the agricultural enterprises in the Krasnodar Region.

According to Eduard Kushnarev, Deputy Head of the Service Center, during the pre-sale preparation of tractors, the functionality of all units and assemblies, electrical and hydraulic systems, the presence of working fluids are checked, and a two-hour test run of the equipment is carried out in various modes.

At the finish, the equipment is given a marketable appearance. It is cleaned of factory grease and dust, the carcass and cabin are polished to a shine. And before shipping to the client, all tractors are also checked by the company’s quality control staff, which test the condition and functionality of all equipment systems and sign a quality control sheet.

In addition to pre-sale preparation of tractors, the company’s production site also carries out year-round assembly of various agricultural equipment — self-propelled sprayers and equipment for viticulture and gardening.
