11 June 2026

Agricultural enterprises in the Rostov region will soon begin harvesting. This spring was more favorable for grain crops even compare last year, but frosts were still present in April and May as well, and in some areas, crops were damaged by drought. Weather conditions may also impact the upcoming harvest. The company Bizon showcased agricultural equipment that will allow for the mobilization of technical resources and the completion of fieldwork within a tight timeframe at the traditional pre-harvest exhibition, «Don Field Day».

Harvesting on time and without losses: We help mobilize technical resources

On June 10-th and 11-th, we introduced modern, resource-saving equipment to agricultural enterprise managers and specialists in the Zernograd district. Farmers were presented with equipment from domestic and international manufacturers, including tractors ranging from 85 to 360 HP, grain harvesters, tillage equipment, telehandlers, a self-propelled sprayer, and navigation systems. A total of 15 agricultural machines were deployed at our area.

In 2026, the Don region will harvest early grain crops on an area of 3.3 million hectares. The total sown area is 4.9 million hectares. During the harvest, 13,000 grain harvesters, approximately 28,000 tractors, over 1,500 mowers, 200 pickups, and 260 forage harvesters will be used. On the opening day of the exhibition, the technical park was 90% ready for cleaning.
