The action, organized by the Union of Mechanical Engineers of Russia, is aimed at increasing the interest of young people in engineering and technical specialties, the formation of an early career guidance system, and an increase in the human resources potential of the engineering industry.
As part of the campaign, our company will introduce schoolchildren to the specifics of their work and the working conditions of employees. During the excursion, guests will have the opportunity to study the activities of the enterprise «from the inside», communicate with leading experts, find out which professions are promising and most in demand today.
