The company Bizon was noted for his contribution to the conservation of rare animal species

Agrotechnological holding «Bizon» was visited by the director of the Rostov-on-Don Zoo. This year the zoological park celebrated its 95th anniversary. Alexander Zhadobin thanked the staff of the enterprise for their love for animals and participation in the life of the zoo, and also presented a commemorative diploma.

The cooperation of the holding with one of the largest zoos in the country began almost three years ago — with the birth of the bison Multik. His birth aroused great interest among the inhabitants of the city, who chose such an unusual name for him. Then, together with the young bison, all bison kept in the zoo were taken under guardianship.

Most recently, the mature bison was taken to the Ugra National Park, which is located in the Kaluga region. Together, another individual returned to its natural habitat and a step was taken to save and increase the population of rare animal species.

Meanwhile, another bison was born in the Rostov Zoo. Today, four bison live here: a newborn, her parents Mulatto and Muzhichok, the female Muse. You can see the Red Book animals every day — the bison enclosure is located on the central alley.
