Our employees shared another 21 liters of blood at the donor event

The agrotechnological holding «Bizon» hosted the fifth donor event, organized jointly with the Union of Mechanical Engineers of Russia and the blood transfusion station of the FMBA of Russia in Rostov-on-Don. 47 employees took part in the corporate Donor Day and helped prepare 21.1 liters of blood.

Volunteers donated 450 milliliters of blood for medical purposes, which, at the needed moment, could become life-saving, according to doctors.

Many participants in the campaign already had donation experience as well. But there were also 6 newcomers who decided to commit a socially significant act for the first time.

The holding’s employees have already donated blood in April and November 2022, as well as in April and July (plasmapheresis) 2023. In just five donations, they replenished the city’s blood bank with 83.6 liters and the plasma bank with 11.2 liters.
