Races on tractors «Bizon-Track-Show» will be held May 20, 2018

Rostov Region for the 16th time will be the center of Russia’s tractor sport. A unique competition will bring together the strongest levels of machine operators from all over the country. The best of them will compete for the title of champion; they will receive in reward new tractors and agricultural machinery as well.

«Bizon-Track-Show 2018» will battle three dozen tractor drivers. On the start line, they will come out in pairs, threes and fours. Six stages and two finals. At a speed of up to 100 km / h racers will have to overcome a complex sports track, a total of more than 15 kilometers. Road surface — gravel and soil. There are dangerous turns, springboards, water obstacles, steep descents and rises, risky slips.

Tractors equipped with carcasses and seat belts will be admitted to the races. To increase speed, maneuverability and stability on the road, cars will undergo special modernization in agricultural enterprises. Teams boost engines, improve transmission, expand wheelbase, and apply other technical solutions. On the eve of the competition the technicians will be checked by the inspectors of Gostehnadzor.

Participation in the tractor tournament is absolutely free. Each rider will be insured by the organizing committee for 1 million rubles.

The main prizes for agrarians will be provided by the Government of the Rostov Region. Fourth best riders will be given tractors and agricultural machinery. Expensive gifts will be noted by machine operators in special nominations: «For the will to win», «For the most extreme race», «For the highest speed», «For the best design of the tractor» and «Audience Award».

The aim of the «Bizon-Track-Show» is to popularize the mechanization profession, to return respect to rural labor, to attract young people to the agro-industrial complex of Russia.

The only race in the country on the tractors «Bizon-Track-Show» has been held since 2002. Over the past time, more than 300 tractor drivers have competed in the tournament. The finalists were awarded 33 prize tractors and dozens of units of various equipment. The well-known magazine «Around the World» included «Bizon-Track-Show» in the rating «155 Wonders that you need to see with your own eyes» (No. 12, 2016).

Races on the tractors «Bizon-Track-Show 2018» will start on May 20 at 10.00 on 4 km of the route Rostov-Taganrog.
